Fairbank for proposed additions and renovations to Central Elementary School, and a proposed activity room addition. Contains sketches, preliminary floor plans, elevations, sections, elevation illustrations from the perspective of Mill Street, Stanley Street, notes, details, site plans, basement plans, floor plans, elevations from the perspective of Carbonate, Mill, Stanley, and Ward Streets (with notes planning for the roof to be removed), classroom elevations, office and activity room plans, miscellaneous details, cross sections, schedules, kindergarten layouts, plumbing plans (including revised plans), electrical plans, framing plans, and structural concrete details. Nine undated blueprints by Alexander Carrie for additions to the Nelson Public School. Contains basement and foundation plans, floor plans, attic and roof plans, elevation illustrations from Stanley, Carbonate, and Mill Streets, a transverse section plan, and a longitudinal section plan. Likely from 1929. Four blueprints for a Dunham Return Heating System by C.A. Dunham Co. Ltd. (Branch Sales No. 7 Plan No. C-17). Contains floor and basement plans. 1929 written on back of one sheet.
