Deer skin covered cedar base ornamented with beadwork. Deer skin pouch for baby laces up the front with silk lined dark-olive beaded velvet cover with a folded corduroy attached "bonnet". The top portion of the board, is the widest, and is covered in beadwork that has a turquoise background, edged in red blanket cloth trimmed with red, green, dark-blue, and clear beads. The center of the board has a beadwork design of a large eight-petaled flower in red, white, and blue (top-center); two trefoils in red, white, and blue, outlined in green (center, left and right); and one trefoil in red, white, and blue (bottom-center). There are six rows of pink beads surrounding the "bonnet", edged with vertical rows of medium-turquoise blue, and yellow beads. The velvet pouch cover is decorated with flowered beadwork in red, mauve, white, yellow, black, clear, light-blue, and medium-blue beads. Attached to the board, with leather ties, is a heavy leather belt covered in beadwork of light blue, medium blue, medium turquoise, yellow and black, edged with medium-turquoise.
